Choosing the right correction
Stage 1 or Stage 2 paint correction?
Stage 1 correction is designed to improve gloss and reduce lighter swirl marks and wash marring. It is suitable for vehicles that need a noticeable improvement without extensive defect removal.
Stage 2 correction involves additional machine-polishing stages for paintwork with heavier swirling, oxidation or more visible defects. It can achieve a deeper level of correction, although some scratches may be too deep to remove safely.
The right option depends on the condition of the paint, the finish you want and how much clear coat can be worked safely. KADZ can assess the vehicle and recommend the appropriate service before the booking is confirmed.

How long does ceramic coating last?
The featured package includes a Gtechniq ceramic coating rated for up to 5 years with correct application and maintenance. Actual durability depends on use, exposure and aftercare. A durability rating is not a guarantee that the finish will remain unchanged for five years.
How do I care for ceramic-coated paintwork?
Follow the coating-specific instructions provided at handover, including when it is safe to wash the car. Use gentle hand-washing methods and suitable car shampoo, avoid abrasive brushes, and remove contaminants promptly. Coating makes cleaning easier; it does not replace regular maintenance.
Does ceramic coating prevent scratches?
No coating makes paintwork scratch-proof or prevents stone chips. Careful washing is still important, and deep existing scratches may be too severe to remove safely.
Does my coating include a warranty?
Warranty terms depend on the package and coating used. Ask KADZ to confirm the provider, duration, coverage and any registration or maintenance conditions before booking. The 5-year coating description refers to its durability rating; it should not be treated as an unconditional warranty.
How long will the service take?
Allow around 10 hrs as a guide working time. Vehicle size and condition can change this estimate. Coating cure time is additional; we explain any shelter and curing requirements before booking.
Do you come to my address?
Yes. We provide mobile detailing across London, Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire, subject to safe working space and suitable access.
Is the guide price guaranteed?
The price shown is a starting point. We confirm the exact price after discussing the vehicle and reviewing clear photos of its current condition.
What happens if the weather is poor?
Some services require dry, controlled conditions. If the weather makes quality work impossible, we will discuss shelter options or rearrange the appointment.
